Hi, I am Kevin. I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with disruptive behaviors, mood swings, intrusive thoughts or emotions, and negative decision making or thought patterns.   

My clients are generally struggling with controlling their emotions, facing behavioral challenges, dealing with anxiety and/or depression, using coping skills, having positive social relationships, and being exposed to trauma. I am a down-to-earth, judgement-free therapist. The way that I approach therapy with my clients is by meeting them where they are emotionally, behaviorally, and psychologically, no matter where that is. We build strong bonds, and from there, we will work together to identify and confront the underlying drivers of these issues, along with developing a plan to empower them to deal with these issues. I incorporate emotional regulation, mindfulness, and grounding techniques into sessions to help clients develop their ability to manage the paradigms of their life.
